Refund Policy

Digital Products: All sales of digital products downloadable upon confirmation of purchase are final. We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

Physical Products: If your item is damaged upon arrival, you may request a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us at lecafecraft@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or if there was a shipping error on our part.
